Cozy locals spot , the food here was great very flavorful.
Felt like a very authentic Italian home cooked meal making you warm and happy.
-Aribatta was delicious and had a great spice to it …
Excellent experience!! I ate here solo three different times without a reservation. I would have eaten here more but without a reservation on the weekend they were full. Same staff every time. Able to accommodate me speaking English only. I …
AMAZING! It was tasty and well balanced. Both second courses were delicious. 100% Recommended. House wine (both red and white) delicious.
Unassuming, yet amazing! Wonderful house wine and personal service. Every dish was fresh and very well executed, from regular menu items to specials. Plenty of locals and single tables dining, which is always a great sign. Make reservations, even on a weeknight in the winter, as it filled up fast once 8pm rolled around.
I love the fun look of this place and the homey, friendly service. The choices are plentiful and pleasing. The only doubt I have is in the amount of herbs - such as thyme and parsley - that were used, as they came off pretty strong in all the dishes I tried. But, I’d love to go back and I’m sure I will!
Excellent Tuscan cuisine and very kind service. Really small restaurant and significantly understaffed or at least very slow service much like the rest of Italy but the 5 stars is for the atmosphere and cuisine. The Osso Bucco was amazing and so was the liver pate and beef strips. Michelin 2017 and 2018.
Delicious food and wonderful service. Particularly loved the lampredotto and fried zucchini blossoms (pictured), as well as the tiramisu and panna cotta. Would definitely eat here again!
Do not miss this place if you are in Florence. It was one of Anthony Bourdain’s favorites, and I can see why. The food is lovingly prepared, traditional and exceptionally flavored. We had ribollita, polenta, and artichoke pasta. Make sure …
Cozy, charming, and utterly delicious.
It's a little off the beaten path, on the other side of the Arno at the eastern limit of the recently hipsterized section. An utterly local place, with the menu …
Closing time was approaching and we gave them a call to see if they'd take us. They did take us and we embarked in a trip to amazing lands. I have been to Firenze many times and it's hard to find a good place to eat. We had lasagna, …
